To have completed bachelor degree with GPA 4.5 above
Candidates motivation goals must reflect their competence in transferring knowledge/skills
Preference will be given to Candidates who can demonstrate a greater chance of implementing or transferring newly gained knowledge/skills
A balance gender between male and female Candidates awarded ICP connect scholarships is targeted
